Refund Policy

The Customer has a right to refund the money paid to PinDown service in case of failure of providing the services.
Please keep in mind that even though we offer a full money back guarantee, we will issue a refund only for the unused portion of the service.

In case of refund, the money shall be refunded to the card with which the payment was made, within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the Bank that issued the card.

PinDown reserves the right to decline the Customer's Refund Request.
